The Drew & Ward law firm is proud to announce that associates Michael D. McNeil and Robert M. Smyth have been made partners.
The experience and knowledge of the two attorneys run the gamut in providing legal services, ranging from civil and commercial litigation to domestic relations and probate work.

Mr. McNeil, a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations, practices at Drew & Ward in general civil litigation, domestic relations and probate litigation. He is a trained collaborative family lawyer and his probate litigation experience includes will contests, trust construction litigation and contested guardianships.
An associate at the firm since 1990, Mr. McNeil graduated from Wake Forest University (B.A., 1986) and the University of Cincinnati (J.D., 1991). He was admitted to the bar in Ohio in 1991 and the U.S. District Court, Southern District in 1992.

Mr. Smyth practices at Drew & Ward in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, employment law, and general representation of individuals and closely-held businesses, including shareholder and employee matters.
An associate at the firm since 1997, Mr. Smyth graduated from Miami University (B.A., 1991) and the University of Cincinnati (J.D., 1994). He served as a clerk for the 1st District of Ohio Court of Appeals. He was admitted to the bar in Ohio in 1994 and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 1995. He is a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers Class VII and the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations.

Drew & Ward Co., LPA celebrated its 45th anniversary in 2003, enjoying a history of more than four decades of service: service to clients, service to the law, and service to the community. Ray Drew and Dick Ward opened their office in the Central Trust Tower (now the Fourth & Vine Tower) in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1958. Both were pilots during World War II and returned to pursue legal careers after admiring attorneys in their own families. The two founded the firm based on the ideals of serving clients with good counsel, cost effective solutions and hard work.
