FIVE DREW & WARD PARTNERS HONORED AMONG 2005 "SUPER LAWYERS" OF OHIO
For the second consecutive year, the Drew & Ward law firm is honored to count more than half of its partners on the prestigious list of the top lawyers in Cincinnati and Ohio.
Ray Drew, Anthony Covatta Jr., Ruth Rounding (no longer with the firm 7/14/06), Richard Ruebel and Frederic Goeddel are named among the "2005 Super Lawyers" by Cincinnati Magazine.
In addition, Ms. Rounding and Mr. Ruebel are listed among the "Top 100 Ohio Super Lawyers" and "Top 50 Cincinnati Super Lawyers."
"We appreciate this honor that reflects the high quality standards of service to our clients and to the law which are the foundations of Drew & Ward," Mr. Covatta said.
The rankings will be published in the January 2005 issue of Cincinnati Magazine. The "Super Lawyers" were selected following a survey of more than 33,000 Ohio lawyers last April asked to vote for the best lawyers they have observed in action - not by reputation alone. Mr. Drew practices primarily in estate planning and probate.
Ms. Rounding and Mr. Ruebel, both fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, also specialize in estate planning, probate and taxation.
Mr. Goeddel's particular area of expertise is family law, but he also specializes in other forms of civil litigation, estate planning and probate.
Mr. Covatta practices in corporate law, general litigation, franchising and real estate law.
Drew & Ward Co., LPA recently celebrated its 45th anniversary, enjoying a history of more than four decades of service: service to clients, service to the law, and service to the community. Ray Drew and Dick Ward opened their office in the Central Trust Tower (now the Fourth & Vine Tower) in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1958. Both were pilots during World War II and returned to pursue legal careers after admiring attorneys in their own families.
