C. Curtis Walden
Curtis Walden entered the practice of law because he had a profound desire to help defend people faced with legal issues. After pursuing political science and creative writing as an undergraduate at the University of Cincinnati in the early ’80s, he went on to earn a law degree there and has pursued his interest in politics and law ever since. A lifelong resident of the Cincinnati suburb of St. Bernard, Curtis is City Council President and Vice Mayor. His passion for getting involved and solving problems is the foundation for his career. For 25 years, he has worked with clients and developed a style he describes as “cooperative, effective and results-oriented.”
Mr. Walden, who practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, construction law, personal injury, auto accidents, product liability claims, probate and estate planning, joined the Drew Law Firm because he says he can draw on the resources of many skilled attorneys and practice at a place where he can protect people faced with unwarranted or excessive claims against them.
Walden is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati (B.S., magna cum laude, Political Science, Certificate in Creative Writing, 1981) and University of Cincinnati Law School (J.D., 1984). He was admitted to the bar in Ohio in 1984 and in Kentucky in 2001. He is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations.
For Curtis Walden, the law has purpose and personal meaning: “I help guide people faced with complicated legal issues through the difficult path to resolving their matters, making it as simple and painless for them as it can be.”
