Domestic relations and probate litigation can affect a client for a lifetime, which is why the services of partner Michael McNeil are so valued by his clients.

“Results in a domestic or probate matter impact a client’s financial security, future and family relationships,” he explains. “I care about this work and believe in taking the time to find solutions that meet my clients' needs.”

Mr. McNeil, a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations, practices at The Drew Law Firm in general civil litigation, primarily domestic relations and probate litigation.

His experience includes contested and negotiated divorces, dissolutions, post-decree custody and support matters. He is a trained collaborative family lawyer. His probate litigation experience includes will contests, trust construction litigation and contested guardianships.

Mr. McNeil graduated from Wake Forest University (B.A., 1986) and the University of Cincinnati (J.D., 1991). He was admitted to the bar in Ohio in 1991 and the U.S. District Court, Southern District in 1992. He was born in Redondo Beach, CA and has lived in Cincinnati since 1988.

“My role in serving the client is to secure a favorable result, being attentive to client needs and priorities, while advising them of their options and possible outcomes,” he states. “I enjoy working through a legal issue and pursuing creative solutions.”
